At its core, I do think uncertainty is a feeling and that the reason why we can say that we know uncertainty is because we have first felt it, since uncertainty in this sense is used interchangeably to mean anxiety, worry etc. However, that statement doesn't presuppose or limit uncertainty to being only a feeling so yes, I also think your perspective has merit and ultimately I guess it all depends on the lens through which you're examining it.
